All orders are subject to acceptance by OnlineBrokerKing and our clearing firm. We reserve the right to reject any order. Market orders may be executed at prices significantly different from the quoted price.
Commission schedules are available on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice. Regulatory fees and exchange fees are passed through.
OnlineBrokerKing is not liable for losses resulting from market conditions, system failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
